Welcome to the 2010/2011 Season of dance at The Sun Valley Ballet School
Registration is now open (July 26, 2010) and ready for you. • Classes fill up so early enrollment is helpful • Enrollment is through September 30, 2010. Late enrollment is discouraged and must have School Director approval • Financial Assistance closes on September 24, 2010. Absolutely no FA awarded after this deadline.
Your registration options are:
1. Download the Enrollment Form from this web site (located in Class Descriptions) If you are a new student, also download the Waiver Form (this form is not needed if you are a returning student) If you are in need of financial assistance, download the Financial Assistance form Fill out all forms and return with your payment SVBS PO Box 274 Ketchum, ID 83340
2. Come to open registrations which are held the first week in September. It would be helpful to come to the registrations with your downloaded forms filled out and ready to go. Teachers, School Directors and Board members will be a these registrations to introduce themselves and help you with any questions. Dance attire will be available for purchase.
